Forward Industries ($FORD) has a vision:
To become the most natively on-chain, publicly traded company in the world.
The plan has two buckets:
1. Capital markets on-chain → starting with tokenizing $FORD equity on Solana. That means future fundraising, dividends, and even shareholder governance could all run on blockchain.
2. Core business operations on-chain → and they’ve already started. After closing their investment last week, Forward placed a $1M market buy of Solana (SOL) with USDC directly on-chain. To their knowledge, they’re the first public company to ever do it.
Next comes payroll, vendors, and proving that you can run an entire business natively on crypto rails like Solana.
👉 If they succeed, this could change the game for Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana, altcoins, and the entire blockchain economy.
