I've spend the last couple months, tried dozens of sites, and ended up with these! In order to make this list, sites must really have free cryptocurrency that is easily earned, they must have a clean track record of paying their users, and they must offer enough ways to earn so you're actually getting a few bucks, not cents.
These aren't in any special order, which is your favorite will be a matter of preference.
GAB is a site that pays you for each site you view. Two big things in GAB's favor are they've been around awhile, and in the 'forum' section of their site you'll see that the members are all getting paid as promised.

Get paid to watch YouTube videos! MyBitcoinTube is really exploding in popularity, and (as I always look for) their users posts make it clear that they're getting paid, the finds show up whenever they make a withdraw.
The second factor is if they have the inventory needed to allow users to earn enough so it's worth it - and yes, this site is growing fast and they seem to be able to supply an endless stream of videos to watch.
Note: some find it confusing at first, it's not once you know: You watch the 'bonus videos' to earn points, think of this as your rank. The more of these points you have, you get more higher paying videos. Pretty simple.

This is another legit site that pays you for each link you visit. One cool plus with BTCSurf is the 'auto surf' allows you to press a button once, and it will go from site to site on it's own, paying you for each one (these are advertisers bought website hits, they just want to boost their numbers and don't care if you really look).
Also AWESOME here, but not free - their "pool". This is where members have pooled together funds, and the huge amount of traffic they control, all to push high paying referral programs.
